BOOKINGS & RATES

PEAK SEASON

1st October - 28th February 

**Including  the following long weekends:

​

  • Australia Day weekend Jan (3 night minimum)

  • Labour Day long Weekend March  (3 night minimum)

  • Easter (4 night minimum)

  • Queens Birthday Long weekend June  (3 night minimum )

  • Grand Final Weekend Sept ( 3 night min stay)

  • Cup Weekend Nov  ( 4 night min stay)

Yanakie House Special- up to 3-4 guests (instead of the 8) and includes 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, laundry, kitchen and living area. 

$450 per night. $100 for an extra bedroom. 

OFF-PEAK SEASON

 

28th February  - 30th September (Mid Week)
(Excluding Easter and Long weekends)

  • 2 night stay minimum

  • 3 night stay or more Mid Week = 10% discount

Discounts may be applied, especially for bookings made well ahead of time.

THE YANAKIE HOUSE DOES NOT HOST LARGE WEDDINGS OR EVENTS. 

 

RETREATS
We are an exclusive and private property, and we are unable to accommodate large wedding groups. 


We would love to be able to offer our property to retreat holders, retreat owners, creative and wellness facilitators. For this, also have neighbouring accommodation where staff can sleep, and the studio has a kitchen for caterers and group cooking requirements.
